Contiguous States
All individual products marked as "FREE
SHIPPING" will ship free with UPS Ground Service to the 48 contiguous
States. For all other products purchased, shipping charges will be
calculated by UPS Ground Service by weight.
Alaska
& Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii require UPS Next
Day Air or Second Day Air Service for an additional charge. Please
contact our customer service for a
shipping quote.
International
We do not
offer International shipping at this time.
Processing Time
This is the time needed
to receive, process and ship your order. Most of our products usually
ship within 2 business days. Should there be a delay for any
reason, you will be contacted immediately by our customer service
department.
Sales Tax
All orders being shipped to
destinations within the state of California are subject to sales tax at
the rate of 8.75%. By law, sales tax must be charged on the full amount
of the order.
RETURNS
All product except for custom or special order items may be returned
within 15 days of receipt of that item. Returned products must be in
new and resalable condition and in the original packaging. Should you
choose to return an undamaged item for any reason, shipping &
handling charges will NOT be refunded and the customer shall pay for the
return shipping & handling cost. Defective items may be exchanged
within 30 days of receipt of that product. Please contact our customer
service department for further instructions on the return process.
